Larry the Fedora Guy, a.k.a. Larry Cafiero, is the regional ambassador for the U.S. West Coast for the Fedora Project. He is also the editor/publisher of Open Source and Free Software Reporter whicn will be restarted in summer 2009, and he runs Redwood Digital Research in Felton, Calfornia. While he is well versed in a variety of GNU/Linux distributions, he favors Fedora and hangs his hat on its reputation (pun definitely intended). Larry’s latest brush with fame was being the Green Party’s candidate for Insurance Commissioner in California in the 2006 election (270,218 votes, 3.2 percent).

Larry,
Was thinking of you the other day. Glad you’re still around the Felton area. How’s the Sentinel?
Rita and I are in Thibodaux, La., don’t even ask! Drop us a line. I heard the Sentinel re-located. True? OMG!!!
Best,
Steve

Larry,
I really enjoy your writing style. Based on this unique style I was wondering if you have written any how-to documentation on the beloved Fedora 11. I am a novice to say the least, but managed to have installed, configured and customized a fedora 10 box. Well Friday was a black day for me as I upgraded my box to Fedora 11 over the net. The result was unpleasant to say the least. If you have written how-to documentation please advertise its location.
